Background
We belong to a business which is spread all over the world, for that reason, making long journeys abroad is completely essential. As travelling is indispensable, communicating with people who speak in other languages it is too.
Present situation
A lot of workers have little knowledge of English, the language most used wherever. So that, this is an obstacle when a deal has to be made or when a project leader needs to display their arguments in front of a crowded room of foreign business people.
Recommendations
Me and other colleagues have found an English course which would be of enormous help. It has a duration of three months and avoiding loss of working hours, it takes place out of them. What is more, if the company takes over the expenses of the employees’ classes, the final price would be low enough to be assumed.
In addition, the benefits would be a lot, due to not only would it teach the employees but also it would make it possible the future growth of the company. Apart from that, the relationships between workers would be increased and it would encourage the work in groups.
Support for proposal
I have discussed my proposal with a number of colleagues, and most of them are very enthusiastic about it as a way of broadening knowledge of a new language, and providing the chance of meeting workers of other companies abroad, while there are discussed current worries and made significant contacts.
