REVIEW OF A JOB ABROAD

LEARNING HOW TO MANAGE YOUR LEADERSHIP

INTRODUCTION
This report aims to describe a job which is provided by a company abroad as a part of a business course. I have recently experienced it, so I am capable of reviewing not only its favourable but also its disappointing points. Besides, advice will be given to other students.

DESCRIPTION
It has ended up being a completely fruitful adventure. Firstly, students are tested in order to checkout what are their knowledge about the different work paths which are carried out by the company. With your outcomes, you are assigned to a specific work in which you will be involved until the end of the experience. Because of being a company dedicated to give credits, you can work in a huge range of positions, ones involve dealing with public and others a more office work.

ADVANTAGES
The highly distinguishable advantage is having the chance to practise your English in a working ambient, a skill of which you will be grateful in the future. Apart from that, you are expected to work in groups, mainly in the afternoon activities. At this time, a lot of learning about leadership is acquired, in addition to how to planify, organise and realise a project.

RECOMMENDATIONS
The big issue for me was my introvert personality. You will have to make relationships with many people and usually, uncomfortable situations go out if you are not willing to create personal contact with others. So that, my advice is to be as outgoing as you can, enjoying themselves with your colleagues.
