WAYS OF MOTIVATING CHILDREN TO DO REGULAR EXERCISE

Nowadays, getting fit and having convenient health concerns a great number of adults, however, sometimes it seems completely frustrating to reach these aims. Consequently, it is indispensable to consider the problem at its beginnings, thus, when people are children. This could be dealt with taking steps to make a change in parents behaviour or teaching sport from a different approach. 

Wisely, it is well-known the influence made by parents when educating their kids, who copy and trust all from their adults, who should take initiatives which could benefit both them and their children. If were they to understand sport as a way of entertaining, it would have a great success between the youngest people. Nonetheless, under no circumstances should children be restricted from enjoying the free time because of depending on a workout routine.

It is also the case of education provided by schools, but it is controversy. For the one hand, it could teach children the importance of doing exercise and its future benefits. In addition, they could have fun and improve personal contact with others in these days crowded with unreal contact through the internet. From the other hand, it is popular the idea of competitiveness and bullying consequences of doing sport in school. Besides, a lot of students are impaired due to low notes in the Physical Education field.

In the end, we decide to accept the first point of view since it could have an enormous impact on children willingness to do exercise. We agreed that this is an urgent matter to take in serious consideration.
