HELP TO LEARN A NEW LANGUAGE

Background
Nowadays, it is being carried out in the school an initiative which is about a language course targeted to any student who wants to learn French, as an alternative or counterpart to English, due to this is already being taught ordinarily.

Problems
Although it was an innovative and promising idea in its starts, there have been appreciated a few problems. Firstly, the schedule has come in for a lot of criticism because the classes are just after the end of the compulsory working hours, so both the students and the teachers seem to be exhausted and not as fruitful as they should be. Apart from that, parents have claimed that more specialised teachers, like native ones, would be more qualified to teach their kids.

Recommendations
For these reasons, the solution would be set up the course in the afternoon, and employ better teachers who wouldn’t have to make the effort of staying one hour more added to the ones that they already have to work. In addition, the way of teaching could be a bit different, making the process of learning more interesting and in this way attracting more students. For example, a trip abroad at the end of the course would encourage the students a lot, and also would be useful to invite foreign students, so both parts would be benefited.

By my own, I have suggested these upgrades to other colleagues and they have agreed them, saying that renew a few aspects of the course would be marvellous.
